Dominican Culture Private Tour (Exclusive)

from $200.00

-INCLUDES PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION-

Our journey begins by immersing you in the authentic world of Dominican Republic. Here, you’ll learn the fascinating stories behind the production of coffee, rum, chocolate, cigars, and Mama Juana, among other local specialties. You’ll have the opportunity to sample everything, and if you wish to purchase any items, a large store is available for your convenience.

Next, we’ll visit an authentic Dominican restaurant where you’ll discover traditional dishes such as mofongo, sancocho, quipes, and the Dominican flag (a dish of rice, beans, and meat).

We can also stop at a restaurant on Bibijagua beach, renowned for its traditional Dominican flavors. Here, you can also explore and appreciate the beach. All of this comes at a very affordable price.

Our journey continues to Macao beach. Along the way, we’ll explain the workings of Punta Cana and what you can expect to see.

After Macao beach, we continue our journey to Higuey. On the way, you’ll be able to appreciate some mountains and natural landscapes. If you wish to stop for a photo, you’re more than welcome to do so. This journey is about 30 minutes long.

Upon arriving in Higuey, you’ll get a glimpse of city life and how Dominicans truly live. We’ll also show you the country’s best-known church, the Basilica.

We then return to a very traditional place called Otra Banda, where you’ll see herds of cows and traditional houses along the way. Feel free to ask the driver to stop for a photo or any other needs.
